    1. Glad you like the sound of it – kids aren’t compulsory here 😉. I think I’m already following your blog but don’t think I’ve read that one. Love a bit of Peppa Pig, it definitely has something for the grown up as well as the children 😁

  1. This looks so good, lime and ginger make such a delicious dessert combination. I love the idea of lining the tin with cling film, it makes it so so easy to remove the set cheesecake. Haha…I am sure that the kids had tons of fun bashing the biscuits 🙂

    1. We all found the biscuit bashing quite therapeutic 😁. The cling film tip was given to me by another blogger (I’ve used tin foil in the past) but I’ve got a memory like a sieve so I can’t remember who it was to thank her 😕. Will have to go back through my Twitter feed tomorrow and find out 😊. Thanks for stopping by x

  2. I’m a huge fan of cheesecake – and yet for some reason I’ve not made one for far too long! I need to remedy that Louise! I love the flavour combo you’ve gone with – so fresh and clean. Thankyou so much for linking up with #BakingCrumbs,

    1. Thanks Angela, you can make this one up in no time at all 😉. The lime and ginger made the cheesecake feel relatively light – making me feel like I could eat more than I really should! Thanks for stopping by.
